Roberto Favro: born in Turin, Italy, Structural Engineer.
Co–Director and Teacher of the Silva Method in Italy.

The author, researcher of all practices for the self-development, led with the logical rules of his profession as Engineer, in 1976 he came to know the innovative techniques developed by Jose Silva, in the far town of Laredo, Texas.

Having checked their amazing effectiveness, he brought the techniques in Italy with him, adapting them to the Italian culture.

After more than 40 years of teaching and experimenting, he collected in a book detailed instruction for the practice of the techniques, and reports of the most various and fascinating experiences that he collected over the years.
